Cutting tools can also identified by means of barcoding. The barcode contains a description and part number of the cutting tool both of which can be printed out as labels. ZOLLER presetters and measuring machines feature built-in barcode readers that can read the tool data from the barcode. Labels can be printed and stick onto the tools. Barcode lasers, applicable software and barcode printers are available from ZOLLER.
