For calibration of an adapter zero point in presetter and measuring machines a separate test mandril is needed when using conventionally systems. ZOLLER provides for adapters and tool posts (if technically possible) an integrated calibration edge as standard for decades. By this an additional zero gauge becomes redundant, increases the accuracy because of the omission of another interface and the zero point can be calibrated fully automatic with inserted tool. Antiquated presetter and measuring machines can be recognised in a relative easy way by the necessity of an additional test mandril.
