ZOLLER presetter and measuring machines are a central point in mechanical manufacturing companies, where CNC-controlled milling or turning machines are applied. Productivity has to be more and more optimized because of competitive pressure - that includes especially depression of tool costs. In many companies yearly costs of tools are unknown. Are these costs specifically calculated, an unimaginable ratio potential arises here sometimes. Unfortunately today it is not enough any more to optimize the advances in the processing machines to gain sensible potential savings. Divers studies proof that the main potential savings can be found in the auxiliary process times and therewith preparation of tools and in their costs themselves. To guarantee such requires a consequent introduction of tool management, for which ZOLLER offers verifiably predestined modules. Next to standard integration of a tool management in ZOLLER presetters and measuring machines ZOLLER offers externally installable configuration levels up to a complete equipment management.
